SUMMARY:  LC 41 0285   Requires the State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia to grant academic credit to students for college level learning acquired prior to enrollment from military service, work experience, community service, or independent study.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
